Thinner toe pads reduce overall weight, making it easier to keep the glove in proper receiving position and quickly present pitches on the edges of the strike zone. Extended finger guards provide additional shock absorption when handling high-velocity pitching, while Double Palm Construction reinforces the pocket with an extra layer of leather to improve pocket stability and help the mitt maintain its shape through repeated use. Made from Pro Stock® Select Leather, Wilson's top 5% of leather hides are triple-sorted for exceptional softness, durability, and long-lasting performance.
