The height adjustment crank cylinder has a minimum 2000# capacity rating and is 4’ from ground level for easy access. The pole design enables infinite height adjustment from 10’ to 7’, with an optional locking device. A "direct-rim mount" design reduces backboard stress. An easy-to-read height adjustment label is on the pole as well.  VERTICAL UPRIGHT Vertical post is constructed of steel with a black powder coat finish. The vertical post is 6” square tubing with a 1/8” wall thickness. A 1/2” thick baseplate and 4 support gussets are welded at the bottom of the vertical pole to allow the unit to be installed via an anchoring system BACKBOARD Constructed of 3/8” thick tempered glass with bright white fire-impregnated ceramic screening. The framework is constructed of tubular steel running around the entire perimeter of the backboard. Perimeter framework is designed using ClearSpan mounting technology that eliminates unsightly framing behind the glass structure that can distract a shooter.  RIM Flexible rim absorbs the stress of player contact.
