Built for serious baseball catchers, the Mizuno GMP-2000 Pro is a premium 33.5-inch mitt designed to develop a personalized feel over time. Its Deguchi Northern European kip leather, professional-level construction, and hand-based pattern distinguish it as a high-end option for players who value craftsmanship and a deliberate break-in process.
- 33.5-inch catcher’s mitt pattern provides a substantial receiving surface behind the plate.
- Made with hand-selected Deguchi Northern European kip leather for a premium glove build.
- Hand-based pattern helps establish the pocket beneath the web as the mitt is shaped and broken in.
- Professional pattern is developed with input from elite-level glove design standards.
- Professional-level lace supports the mitt’s high-performance construction.
- Requires a longer break-in period as the leather gradually conforms to the player’s hand and preferred feel.
