At the center of the RCKLESS Alloy is the AZR Alloy Barrel with Multi-Variable Wall Design +Plus. This barrel is CNC-machined with aggressive wall tolerances to precisely vary thickness across the barrel profile, creating a more responsive feel, expanded sweet spot, and better forgiveness on off-center contact. Every part of the barrel is built with purpose — flex where it counts, reinforcement where it’s needed.

The Ring-Free Barrel Construction removes restrictor rings so the barrel can flex freely without dead spots, while the TFX Endcap helps expand performance toward the end of the barrel and soften mishits.
