The 8121 mound is 10" tall and intended to be used at a distance of 60' 6" from home plate, meeting MLB mound specs. Because of this, the 8121 mound will prepare youth players for college and MLB ball at a young age and promote proper pitch mechanics.
Like all Pitch Pro mounds, the 8121 mound is very rigid, offering a stable and safe mound for the pitcher to push off from. With a 12' length, the pitcher easily lands with their front foot on the mound and has room to do pickoffs.
