It features a post made of 4 1/2" O.D. galvanized schedule 40 tubing that is buried 48" deep into concrete and sealed with a vinyl tip cap to prevent moisture from entering. The extension arm of the Renegade is attached to the vertical post using two heavy-duty U-bolts, which can be loosened to reattach the arm at any height along the post. While the Renegade is classified as a "Fixed Height" goal, this feature provides added flexibility for different players and skill levels. RS40 zinc flow coated steel tubing with a 7 ga. wall thickness. Allows for a 48" bury into the ground and a 48" setback from post to backboard. Two 1" round galvanized tubular braces support the top corners of the backboard and connect directly to the pole.
