Ground crossbar shall house 2 weighted bars to add additional ballast and help prevent tip over.\n\nEntire goal assembly shall meet safety and performance specification ASTM F2056 when defined as a movable goal. No fracturing or damage shall occur when a downward static force of 396lbs is applied at the center of the crossbar for 1 minute.
